My sessions with Katie were exceptional. She takes into account the entire person, the physical, mental, and emotional components. As someone who studied nutrition and currently works in healthcare, I always knew the basics and what "I should be doing". But the textbook concepts didn't apply to me personally and I struggled figuring out my own tailored nutrition plan.  Katie was great at analyzing triggers and providing insight on practices to help me navigate and resolve these poor habits. I now have a daily "ritual" in place that helps to relieve stress and keep me on track.  I feel more energized, have lost weight, and gone down in size, but even more than that, I feel happier and internally healthier…
