There were certain situations that started repeating in my life and this was frustrating me, and I wanted to change it. I had more of a mindset goal rather than physical and nutritional goals. After the first 3 months, I felt I got stronger with my perspectives and awareness of myself. Pointing inwards helped me focus on how I can manage my moods, emotions, reactions to situations. Which in turn opened my mind to improvements in myself and gave me the desire to strive to feel as “good as possible”.
